Rheumatoid Arthritis—Self-rejection, criticism, stuckness, negativity, stubbornness. A “my way or the highway” attitude. Serious, rigid, controlling. A perfectionist; nothing ever seems good enough. Inner inflexibility, which keeps you and your joints stuck, inflamed, and in pain. Holding on to pain, sadness, regret, or guilt from the past. Refusal to change
