A story of a dancer.

Saturday morning. It seemed to be another warm spring day. Gentle breeze from the ocean. Denise came to my yoga class at the dance studio in Auckland. Long blonde hair girl. “Great looking young woman” I thought. She moved with such a grace. Only Denise had a different opinion. She didn't believe in herself, she had that nasty inner voice ... it didn't let her be gentle to herself. She wanted to achieve success so badly.
"I'm so hopeless. She used to say. "I can't even go to yoga classes and practice regularly, let alone do other things". Later I found out that she was a professional dancer struggling with inner demons inside her.

After six months of regular sessions with me, I learned from Denise that, in addition to changing her eating habits, she had learned how to be good for herself.
"It's ok to ask for help. I pay more attention to this inner voice and how it affects me. Every step forward, no matter how small, should be noticed and appreciated. I realized that I really could change”.
Later I found out that she got the main role in the new performance.
She also began regular work with a trainer at the gym and continued her beloved yoga.
